1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Yes! Oppa ("we", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service at yesoppa.com.

2. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and locale preference. We use this information to identify you within the service.

If you fill in our welcome form before a Hangout, we also collect what you enter there: your name, WhatsApp number, and party size, plus any optional details you choose to share (email, preferred date and time, hours, age range, Crew preference, nationality, languages, meeting area, interests). We use these only to prepare your Hangout and share them with your Crew member.

We also record basic usage events (such as opening the chat) with a visitor identifier, and with your account when you are signed in.

When you contact us through the chat, the conversation is stored so we can follow up on your inquiry.

If you apply to join as a Crew member, we collect what you submit — your name, age range, phone number, city, photos and introduction — together with a record that you agreed to the Crew Guidelines and when, to review the application and prepare your Crew profile. Your legal name and phone number are never public; photos are used to make your Crew profile card.

3. How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, personalize your experience, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use HTTP-only session cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics tools may set additional cookies; please see your browser settings to control them.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information while your account is active. Session tokens expire after seven days of inactivity. Welcome form entries are deleted one year after submission, and usage events after 90 days. Chat conversations are kept for one year.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
